
Hi, I’m Rachel ~ certified yoga teacher, hula hoop coach, and the creator of The Wildflower Way, a somatic movement method rooted in spiral motion, fascia-focused flow, and the power of remembering your body’s wisdom. My goal isn’t to fix you. It’s to help you remember you were never broken.
Movement is my Medicine.
It's how I process trauma, return to presence, and remember joy. It’s also how I connect with others, especially the ones who feel like misfits in mainstream wellness.
Over the past two decades, I’ve studied with seasoned yoga masters, learned from lineage holders and rebels alike, and picked up every healing tool that resonated, from traditional ashtanga to beach yoga to freestyle dance. But what changed everything was learning to listen to my body’s own voice. That’s where this all began.

I studied the pressure systems of the earth long before I studied the pressure systems of the body.
With a Bachelor's in Earth and Space Sciences (University of Washington, 2008) and a Master's in Geochemistry/Volcanology (University of Oregon, 2010), my work has always been about what forms under stress.
