This is one-on-one work with your body's organization ~ how it holds and compensates. We'll work gently, directly, without forcing change to improve balance, coordination, strength, and proprioception (sense of your body in space). Sessions include a brief intake, followed by a series of customized Wildflower moves, plus daily practice recommendations for you. All movement can be done standing or seated. This offering is for people who feel:
~ disconnected from their body in any way
~ stuck in patterns of tension that don't shift easily
~ overwhelmed by too much sensation or pain
~ unable to express themselves fully
Private 1:1 Yoga and Hoop Dance sessions are also available ~ 40 minutes via Zoom ~ $75
