Hi, I’m Rachel ~ certified yoga teacher, hula hoop coach, and the creator of Wildflower, a standing somatic movement method rooted in spiral motion, fascia-focused flow, and the power of remembering your body’s wisdom. I teach outdoor somatic yoga and hoop-based classes at Parrish Community Park in Florida, where we move with breath, bounce, and joy. My goal isn’t to fix you. It’s to help you remember you were never broken.
Over the past two decades, I’ve studied with seasoned yoga masters, learned from lineage holders and rebels alike, and picked up every healing tool that resonated, from traditional ashtanga to beach yoga to freestyle dance. But what changed everything was learning to listen to my body’s own voice. That’s where this all began.
