Yoga practices will include centering, breath work, traditional yoga postures and sequences, and a final rest. Seated meditation and/or chanting can be included, if desired. Yoga allows you to observe and quiet your mind as you move and breathe. Practicing yoga improves focus and balance, while strengthening the entire body. Modifications are offered for all levels. Beginners welcome!

Hoop Yoga Flow is a unique class that uses the hula hoop as a prop to practice traditional yoga postures. The hoop can be used in many creative ways to facilitate stretching, strengthening, and balancing postures. It adds an element of fun to the practice and is a great learning tool. The hula hoop represents having all we need and being present for each breath in our lives.

Hula hoop sessions include a warmup and a breakdown of a few foundational hoop tricks. These tricks can then be combined into a hula hoop flow. This practice will bring out your inner child! Creativity, fun, and freedom are the goals. Hooping will help you balance and maintain a flow state in life, while focusing on joy. All levels are welcome! No experience necessary.
All classes are held at a location of your choice near Parrish, Florida or on the beaches of Anna Maria Island.
Policies: Payment in full is required to hold your class time. I accept credit card payments, online payments, PayPal, Venmo, and cash. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please let me know in advance if you have a change of plans. You will receive a full refund if I need to cancel for any reason, including weather. Thanks!
